Provides relationship between Block Group areas and records for all housing data and all race data

   Date: 01-Mar-2011 (process 1 of 2)

   GEO_ID item in both the geometry layer and in the related business table were indexed. Business table was joined to geometry layer. Relationship was exported to lyr file. Lyr file was customized by restricting fields that are displayed in lyr file. Selected fields aliased with descriptive terms. Full metadata for business table should be referenced for complete item descriptions.
