Abstract:
Each community plan area represents a portion of the county that was covered by a Community Land Use Plan. The specific land use restrictions that apply to a property vary according to the details of the most recently published Community Land Use Plan. This comes from parcels and city boundaries. This layer is static - very old and no plans to update. This used to be called cparea before SDE transition.
