Description

This data is a GIS Center value-added derivative of the commercial building extract table from the Assessor's Office.

The Assessor's Office does not consider this data to be authoritative, as it is a product of the GIS Center.

The GIS Center modifies the following fields to prevent conflicts in our internal database.

SITUSADDRESS and ZIPCODE content is truncated.

The unique parcel identifier field PIN is added from the concatenation of MAJOR and MINOR numbers.

This dataset is updated on a weekly basis.
