Summary
Provides information about each portion of a commercial building with a use that an appraiser wishes to track separately.
There is no upper limit on the number of sections per building.
Description
This data is a GIS Center value-added derivative of the commercial building section extract table from the Assessor's Office.
The Assessor's Office does not consider this data to be authoritative, as it is a product of the GIS Center.
The unique parcel identifier field PIN is added from the concatenation of MAJOR and MINOR numbers.
This dataset is updated on a weekly basis.
