Summary
This table may contain one or more records of environmental restriction for each parcel of real property.
Description
This data is a GIS Center value-added derivative of the environmental restriction extract table from the Assessor's Office.
The Assessor's Office does not consider this data to be authoritative, as it is a product of the GIS Center.
The GIS Center renames the following field to prevent naming conflicts in our internal database.
TYPE is renamed to RSTRTYP.
The unique parcel identifier field PIN is added from the concatenation of MAJOR and MINOR numbers.
This dataset is updated on a weekly basis.
