9/1/2016	Agency data layers compiled if available in GIS format, created from land use maps if no GIS data available. Land use codes and descriptions field names standardized. Data clipped by relevant jurisdiction and then edgematched. Overlapping polygons ignored, but polygon gaps filled, and coded as 'Undesignated'.
