Purpose
The neighborhood coverage was generated for the ATIS application used by the Regional Automated Trip Planning group (RATP).
This group assists Metro bus riders to get from one location to another taking the best route possible.
Helps users specify a general area in a trip planning query without knowing a specific landmark or address.
