Change history

2/18/2014	Separate Community and Neigborhood indexes were reprojected to State Plane projection. Then the two pieces were merged into a single layer. Columns ShotDate, ImageName and ImagePath were parsed and selected values were used to populate four addtional fields to make it easier for users to symbolize on day of acquisition (YYYYMMDD), Hour and minute of acquisition (SHOTTIME), level of resolution - NEIGH or COMM (RESOLUTION) and warehouse cluster (subfolder) (LIBCLUSTER).
