Summary

The new parcel_area Feature Class, derived from the new Cadastral Geodatabase (KCAM), replaces the countywide parcel coverage and shapefile previously derived from Recdnet data.

This is new as of jan 9 2015

Description

This Parcel layer utilizes the geometry and schema changes in the new cadastral geodatabase model.

This includes stacked polygon geometry for undivided interest and vertical parcels and new coded value domain for item MINOR, described below.
