10/25/2022	Update script that generates realprop_area layer to caluclate more accurate data for the CITY_CODE and ACREAGE fields.
5/31/2018	Schema for feature class is further refined to align to data structure provided by Real Estate Services. All fields, except ACQ_CODE, that had previously been left blank, have been populated or have been permanently removed. ACQ_CODE remains in the schema, even though it contains no values, as it may be populated in the future. New data structure is populated with current extract provided by Real Estate Services as a spreadsheet, which is converted to a data table and then joined to PARCEL_AREA on PIN.
4/5/2017	Updated with December 1 2016 Excel spreadsheet from Property Services. Data processing done in by python script. Some data truncated to avoid load errors caused by data too long for fields. The following items have been coded blank or zero, as the data in these columns is no longer kept in this format. These colums are KROLL (Kroll Map Number), S_T_R (Section Township Range), ZONING (Zoning), ADDRESS (site address), ASSESSED_VALUE (assessed property value), BUILDING_VALUE (assessed improvements value), and COUNCIL_DISTRICT (King County Council district).
