Summary

Provides one record for each residential building.

There is no upper limit on the number of buildings per parcel.

Residential buildings are classified as buildings with 1, 2 or 3 living units.

Description

This data is a GIS Center value-added derivative of the residential building extract table from the Assessor's Office.

The Assessor's Office does not consider this data to be authoritative, as it is a product of the GIS Center.

The GIS Center modifies the following fields to prevent conflicts in our internal database.

SQFTGARAGEBASEMENT is renamed SQFTGARBSMT, SQFTGARAGEATTACHED is renamed SQFTGARATCH, CONDITION is renamed BLDGCONDITION.

The SITUSADDRESS content is truncated.

The unique parcel identifier field PIN is added from the concatenation of MAJOR and MINOR numbers.

This dataset is updated on a weekly basis.
