2/25/2021	Corrected some incorrect values and populated some blank jurisdiction description, prefix, and suffix fields. Replaced an obsolete phone number with my current phone number where it occured the data, because it has been reassigned to someone else.
8/2/2013	Copied strzones_area to street_direction_zones_area. Add fields "JURIS_CODE", "ST_PREFIX", "AVE_SUFFIX", "JURIS_DESC", "ST_PR_DESC", "AVE_S_DESC". Updated direction polygons for Renton, Carnation and Skykomish.
