Change history
2/15/2003 |
Census 2000 Block level region coverage received from ESRI. Coverage projected to Washington State Plane North. Polygons were rectified to fit RECDNET by using R-O-W centerlines primarily and water courses when necessary. Parcel boundaries were also used when a block edge was created by Census using line-of-sight across open land rather than a road, alley or stream. TRACTS00 was then created from BLOCKS00 using the DISSOLVE command and the TRACT ID, STFID. Project completed in November 2002. |
