Renamed field "BREAK_, to " DESIG".

1/1/2005

A KC DNRP WLRD fish biologist involved in the CAO ordinance development, used Washington State DNR streams and KC DNRP WLRD Basin Boundaries to place points on the tributary, and direct to sound streams to separate the upper portion of the basin from the lower portion of the basin.

KC GIS client services staff used those points to generate their drainage areas using the King County Lidar based DEM.

The result of the DEM analysis was checked and adjusted by the WLRD fish biologist to better reflect reality.
