Table contains records for parcels that do not have any buildings.
Description
This data is a GIS Center value-added derivative of the vacant lot extract table from the Assessor's Office.
The Assessor's Office does not consider this data to be authoritative, as it is a product of the GIS Center.
The GIS Center modifies the following fields to prevent conflicts in our internal database.
RANGE is renamed PLSSRNG, TOWNSHIP is renamed PLSSTWN, SECTION is renamed PLSSSCTN, and AREA is renamed APPRAREA.
The SITUSADDRESS content is truncated.
The unique parcel identifier field PIN is added from the concatenation of MAJOR and MINOR numbers.
This dataset is updated on a weekly basis.
