12/20/2016	King/Pierce County border in vicinity of Dash Point State Park (Federal Way) was edited to align with PARCEL_AREA
5/1/2009	WASHCO_AREA was used in building new version of CITY_3CO_AREA that included unincorporated areas. During this effort, some topology and conflation issues were noted. WASHCO_AREA was edited snapping edges where they coincided with edges and vertices in CITY_AREA. Other minor topological issues where Pierce and King and Snohomish and King counties abut.
