Purpose
Allows rapid symbolization or query for stream levels of different orders.
Abstract
ArcGIS LYR File: WTRCRS_LINE represented by STR_LVL item which stores the stream level hierarchy of that stream reach.
Stream levels range from fisrt-order (1) to sixth-order (6), with stream levels increasing upstream.
In other words, a major river will be STR_LVL = 1 with its first tributary being STR_LVL =2, and upward with descreasing stream levels..
