Purpose


This data layer was created to conflate the Title 21A zoning designations to parcel boundaries current in 2016.

This layer establishes the starting point for the zoning changes tracked in the Historic Land Use Change Database.

Abstract


Zoning designations adopted in February 1995 by ordinance #11653 implementing the new Title 21A zoning designations consistent with the 1994 comprehensive plan consistent with the Washington Growth Management Act.

1995 ArcINFO coverage passed through a 200s shape file as converted to a filebased geodatabase and aligned to modern parcel feature class with reference to 1990s era parcel shapefile and various historic paper references.
