    Copied strzones_area to street_direction_zones_area. Add fields "JURIS_CODE", "ST_PREFIX", "AVE_SUFFIX", "JURIS_DESC", "ST_PR_DESC", "AVE_S_DESC". Updated direction polygons for Renton, Carnation and Skykomish.
