Abstract: A relate table that provides infomration about which contour cluster is available for that area. Contour clusters where created to bundle township 5-contour layers into groups of of 9 township tiles. There are 9 clusters corresponding to 9 group layer files. Loading a contour cluster via its respective layer file makes available all 9 tiles rather than having to load 9 separate township tiles.
Purpose: Used to join to PLSS_TWN_AREA on item TWNRNG. When joined can be symbolized or queried to determine which contour cluster is available for coverage in a given area.
