Forest restoration has been ongoing since 2008, including removing ivy, holly and laurel and planting conifers and other native plants.
KCD lead with owner/partner SouthwestbSuburban Sewer District and Miller-Walker Basin Steward. Initiated 2015.
Miller-Walker Basin Steward and volunteer Habitat Steward project, originally started in 2007.
Removal and planting done in 2010-2011 with assistance from Southwest Suburban Sewer District and volunteers.
