Abstract:
Height of man made feature areas. Determined by difference between lidar models: DSM and DGM, then masking out using 2009 impervious areas.
Purpose:
Show height of man made feature areas. The product is a continuous raster data set which stores a single value which represents a general height of the man made feature surface. a default classification of man made feature class (parking lot/roads, low-rise building, mid-rise building, high-rise building) is available when using the enterprise layer file.

Lidar surface model minus surface model to get above ground elevations. All negative elevations are reclassed to zero. Water bodies are used to mask out bathymetry in the dgm. Buildings are extracted using the 2009 impervious layer to mask out vegetation. The reverse impervious is done to mask the vegetation.
