The values are for the most recently certified tax roll.

Description

This data is a GIS Center value-added derivative of the real property tax account extract table from the Assessor's Office.

The Assessor's Office does not consider this data to be authoritative, as it is a product of the GIS Center.

The unique parcel identifier field PIN is added from the concatenation of MAJOR and MINOR numbers.

This dataset is updated on a weekly basis.
